Shipping information:

As a honored customer, it is the customers responsibility to ensure that ALL shipping information is correct before submitting your final order. Please be sure to review your order to decrease the amount of errors experienced. Scents by The Company is not responsible for undelivered packages due to errors in shipping address, provided that the shipping address is correct on the order invoice. If you find that here is an error, please feel free to contact us via the contact portal; ALLOW 48 BUSINESS HOURS .

Returned packages will be refunded or can be re- shipped for the reshipping fee of $5 , paid by the customer.

SCENTS BY THE COMPANY IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR SHIPPING DELAYS ; all orders are packaged in a timely fashion and then sent off via a third party supplier( USPS )in order to be delivered. PLEASE also keep in mind that we are currently experiencing a crisis ( COVID -19) and there may be delays in shipments.

Shipping + packaging of orders are done in the order in which they are placed . Shipping is done ONCE a week ; if your order is placed after Wednesday , expect your order to go out on the next Wednesday . To inquire about your order , we will only respond via EMAIL ( NO DMS ABOUT ORDERS).

LOST / STOLEN PACKAGES

YIKES ! we all hate when this happens to us . As you may now, we are a small operating business which differs from major businesses who are insured under the shipping carrier for things such as lost /stolen packages. It would be great if we had that type of leverage but unfortunately we don’t at this current time. If you suspect that your package has been stolen, and your package says delivered, please contact your local USPS branch and immediately file a claim @ https://www.usps.com/help/claims.htm once filing a claim USPS will be in contact with you with the next steps.

RECYCLE WITH US !

Not only do we love to make safe candles, we like to re- purpose products to get the maximum use out of each item we use or sell. If you wish to recycle with us , send three full sized candles back with the original label still in tact to receive 30 % of your next purchase.
